Medical records are kept for the legal retention period applicable to animal health data. Attached documents are stored outside the web root and are only accessible to clinic staff.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting the clinic. Deletion cannot cover medical or accounting records that the law requires us to keep.

This site sets no advertising cookie and no third-party tracker; only a session cookie, required for the cart and for signing in, is used.
