Terms and conditions

Orders placed on this site are requests to reserve items. They involve no online payment: settlement happens at the clinic on collection, or on delivery.

The clinic confirms every order by phone. An order can be cancelled free of charge as long as it has not been delivered.

Prices are in Algerian dinars, taxes included where applicable. Delivery fees are shown in the cart before checkout and waived above the displayed amount.

Prescription-only medicines are not sold online: they are dispensed at the clinic on presentation of a valid prescription.
